Education is powerful if meaningful yet economical, promotes critical thinking, and appeals to different learning styles. We strive to deliver those opportunities, and encourage our members to treat education as an investment in professional development.

Webinars

Periodically we offer hot topic webinars, and webinars addressing current industry trends. Members have access to past webinar recordings. If you're interested in developing a webinar for MACA, download the topic submission form for consideration by the Program Committee.

Continuing Education in conjunction with Campus ACA

Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Essential Collector Skills Techniques (ECST) Seminars are held periodically in locations convenient to our members. As a membership benefit, members enroll in the FDCPA and ECST seminars at the two-for-one price.

Annual Conference

Our Northeast Debt Collection Conference and Expo, a multi-unit convention with attendees from 11 states representing four units of ACA International, including Mid-Atlantic, New England, New York, and New Jersey brings the personal touch to training that you seldom experience with the large, national trade shows.

     We deliver programs that readily combine trending issues with industry experts, and then pack-in even more value by including vendor exhibitions and networking opportunities. Over 85% of our attendees at these two events are repeat customers!

Networking

Periodically MACA plans regional networking mixers convenient to your schedule. We meet at a local establishment during late afternoon or early evening, in a relaxed atmosphere where busy professionals spend time discussing trending issues or challenges they face back at the office. Be sure to join us, and leave with a handful of business cards, ideas, and solutions.
