Dennis J. Barton III is the owner of the Barton Law Group, a legal collection and defense firm.  He and his firm file collection lawsuits on behalf of collection agencies and creditors in the states of Missouri and Illinois as well as defends state and federal consumer claims. Dennis also provides nationwide letter review services. He is ACA’s 2020 Certified Instructor of the Year, past unit president, and currently serves as an ACA Board member.

Beth Conklin has over 26 years in the collection industry starting out as a Collector, Team Leader and Supervisor of Collections before moving into the role as the Manager of Training and Regulatory Compliance. Beth is currently an Account Executive with State Collection Service, Inc. Prior to that, Beth was the Director, Training and Development at McCarthy, Burgess & Wolf. Beth has the TSP and CCCO designations as well as is a Certified Instructor for the ACA, and has earned the Fred Kirschner Award in March, 2013 and 2015, 2018, 2019 & 2020 as well as being recognized as the ACA Certified Instructor of the Year for 2012 and 2016. Beth has contributed to multiple magazine articles and was recognized as one of 32 Top Collection Professionals in the industry in 2014.

Kelli Krueger has over 25 years collection experience and is currently the Director of Education for ACA International. Prior to that Kelli was with CBE Companies as the Vice President of Organizational Development and Training where she was responsible for CBE’s all matters relating to employee development, employee engagement and company culture.  Kelli Krueger specializes in sales, persuasion, leadership, and communications training.
