Overview:
Compliance goes far beyond your collectors. Your back office staff experiences compliance much differently than your collectors, yet that same staff is responsible for mandated compliance that protects your agency. This two-part webinar is dedicated to all functions that go beyond the collector telephone call, and will include:

Your back office staff will complete the two part webinar with a reinforced understanding and grasp of responsibilities associated with their actions and handling of daily workflow. 


Part 1: July 17 @ 2:00 PM EST
• Written vs. Oral Disputes
• Complaints received internally and externally (ex: from client or regulator)
• Identity Theft
• Account investigations: When to block credit reporting, when to mark credit report as disputed.
• Validation requests: What to include as well as what is not required to include.

Part 2: July 24 @ 2:00 PM EST
• FDCPA and FCRA crossover
• Unresponsive clients that do not understand your legal deadlines are more prominent today than ever before.  How do you effectively protect your agency from violations?
• When should you cancel, when should you validate?  What are the pitfalls with “robo-dispute letters” (We've all walked in to our office only to find a mountain of dispute letters with hidden cease communication demands, clearly mailed from the same place).
• Complaint Tracking and responding to the Attorney General, CFPB, BBB, FTC are requirements that need a solid system in place to protect you.
